The MBA at UBC Sauder is a globally recognized program that turns people with potential into people who can make a real difference. With candidates from full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) MBA programs, the career centre can connect you to a large and diverse group of exceptional individuals. Hire a UBC Sauder MBA and you’ll be adding somebody to your organization with a truly international outlook and the ability to drive positive change in any industry or business function.

  • MBA students are available for 8-16 week internships from May through August.
  • Graduates are available for full-time employment in January (Full-time MBA) and May (Part-time MBA).

Bachelor of Commerce

There is a reason that more than 90% of graduates from the BCom program at UBC Sauder are employed within three months of graduation: they are equipped with an understanding of business fundamentals together with the motivation and talent to succeed in any industry.

  • BCom Co-op students available for 4 or 8 month work terms in September, January and May.
  • Graduates are available for permanent employment from May onward.

Master of Management


Students in the UBC Master of Management program at UBC Sauder have degrees in a variety of non-business disciplines. By the time they graduate they have built on their undergraduate learning, gained valuable real-world experience and are ready to enter the world of work on a significantly accelerated career path.

  • MM students are available for volunteer consulting projects from January to May, and from June to November.
  • Graduates are available for permanent positions from January and June onward.
