- Create a project
Ideal projects are those that have a clear community or social benefit and directly contribute to the students' skill development in areas such as strategy, finance, marketing or human resources.
- Complete a proposal form online by October 15, 2017. Proposal applications will open up on September 1.
While all proposals are greatly appreciated, not all can be selected. Projects are accepted based on a number of criteria, including their relevance to students' skill development and commitment to community enhancement.
Key Session 1 Dates:
September 1, 2017:
CBP application opens.
October 15, 2017:
Deadline to apply for the Session 1 CBP (Jan-May 2018).
October 15-November 17, 2017
: Application evaluation period.
November 20, 2017:
Applicants informed of application status and final decision.
December 4, 2017:
First client meeting and networking event. Successful applicants must delegate at least 1 representative from their organization to attend a first client meeting with their student team on Dec. 4th, 2017 at UBC campus (Vancouver Point Grey). Successful clients are invited to attend a CBP networking event to mix and mingle with the Master of Management cohort, UBC Sauder staff, Faculty Supervisors, and fellow selected CBP clients on Dec. 4, 2017.
